Phish set for three-day Halloween festival

Location of event has yet to be announced

Phish have revealed they will perform a three-day festival this year, announcing the dates on their website.

The message, which reads, 'Save the date... A 3-day festival 10/30, 10/31, 11/01', does not reveal the location of the festival.

The announcement follows two performances by the jam band at Bonnaroo in Tennessee earlier this month, and a three-night stand in March in Hampton, VA.

The band are preparing for the release of their new album 'Joy', which will come out later this summer. The record was produced by Steve Lillywhite.

Having just completed a four-week tour of the US, the band will hit the road again at the end of next month for another round of shows.

The dates are:

Morrison, CO Red Rocks Amphitheatre (July 30, 31, August 1, 2)
Mountain View, CA Shoreline Amphitheatre (5)
George, WA The Gorge (7, 8)
Chicago, IL Toyota Park (11)
Darien Lake, NY Darien Lake Performing Arts Center (13)
Hartford, CT Meadows Music Theater (14)
Columbia, MD Merriweather Post Pavilion (15)
Saratoga Springs, NY Saratoga Performing Arts Center (16)
