On Eric Prydz' follow up to Number One

Pink Floyd have given permission for another artist to use a sample from one of their songs for the first time.

Eric Prydz – who scored a huge number one with the Steve Winwood-sampling ’Call On Me’ – has used a sample from ’Another Brick In The Wall (Part 2)’ on his new single.

'Another Brick In The Wall (Part 2)' was released in 1979 and taken from the album 'The Wall'. It got to Number One.

The track ’Proper Education’ is credited to Eric Prydz vs. Floyd, and is released on January 1.
