Pink Floyd's Dave Gilmour set for honorary doctorate
Guitarist set to be honoured by Anglia Ruskin University
Pink Floyd's Dave Gilmour is to receive an honorary doctorate.
The guitarist will be named a Doctor Of Arts by Anglia Ruskin University at a ceremony set to take place in November.
Comedian Lee Evans will also be given the same honour by the academic institution, which has campuses in Cambridge and Chelmsford.
Gilmour joins Jarvis Cocker, who is also to receive a doctorate from his alma mater, Sheffield Hallam University, next month.
