EXTREME MOVEMENT!

The LONDON leg of the EXTREME FESTIVAL, whose line-up includes LESS THAN JAKE and PITCHSHIFTER, has changed venues.

The event was due to take place at New River Stadium in north London, but the licence was denied. An alternative outdoor venue was sought, but that too fell through due to licensing difficulties.

It will now move indoors to Brixton Academy, on August 26. Original tickets remain valid, or refunds are available from point of purchase.

The line-up also includes The Vandals, The Ataris, H20, Voodoo Glow Skulls and 311.

A spokesperson for event promoters Straight said: "We have made every effort to bring fans the best bands in the best atmosphere possible. Although we all would have loved an outdoor event, it has not been possible."

The Glasgow and Nottingham legs remain unaffected.

The dates and venues are:
Glasgow SECC (August 18)
London Brixton Academy (26)
Nottingham Wollton Park (27)
