PJ Harvey is to start work on her eighth studio album next month.
The singer has teamed up with Flood and John Parish for the follow up to 2004's 'Uh Huh Her'.
According to her official website, the LP will be more piano driven than her previous material. A release date for the as-yet-untitled album is still to be set.
Meanwhile, the singer will be releasing PJ Harvey - 'The Peel Sessions 1991-2004' to mark the second anniversary of John Peel's death later this month.
The singer joins a host of artists, including Pulp, House of Love and Siouxsie And The Banshees, who are set to release their own Peel Sessions for the first time during a month of commemorative events to mark the anniversary of the inspirational DJ's death.
PJ Harvey - 'The Peel Sessions 1991-2004' is out on October 23.
