Video: Timo Maas feat. Brian Molko - 'College 84' (NME Exclusive)
Placebo's Brian Molko has provided vocals for a new song from German DJ/producer Timo Maas, which is titled 'College 84'. You can watch the video for the track exclusively on NME.COM by scrolling up to the top of the page and clicking.
The video follows a story of 'robot love' and attempts to question if robots are assets to humanity or potential replacements for the human race.
This is not the first time the Placebo man has collaborated with the dance producer as Molko contributed vocals to three tracks on Timo Maas's 2005 album 'Pictures'.
'College 84' was released today (Nov 7) via Timo Maas's own label Rockets + Ponoes, and can be purchased now on iTunes. The single will also include remixes from Berlin-based acts &Me and Adam Port and from West London DJ Sam Young.
'College 84' is taken from Timo Maas's forthcoming fourth studio album, which is expected to be released in Spring 2012. It will be the electronic producer's first studio album since his 2009 LP 'Return Of The Legend'.
Placebo released a new live DVD We Come In Pieces last Monday (October 31).
