Plan B announces forest tour for summer 2012 – ticket details

Plan B has announced a UK tour for next summer, which will see him playing seven shows in forests across the UK.

The singer, who has spent the last few months working on the follow-up to his 2010 album 'The Defamation Of Strickland Banks' as well as making his directorial debut, Ill Manners, will play the shows in June and July of 2012.

The gigs begin at Thetford Forest on June 15 and then take in five further forests before finishing up on July 7 at Delamere Forest in Cheshire. The singer has also been confirmed as the first headliner of next summer's Eden Sessions gigs in Cornwall. Plan B will play the Eden Project venue on July 6.

Plan B joins The Darkness in being announced for the Forestry Commission's bill of gigs for 2012. The Lowestoft rockers will play Thetford Forest on July 14.
