Portishead announce new single

Portishead have revealed more about 'Third', their long-awaited new album, describing it as the "older brother" of its predecessors. Guitarist Adrian Utley has also described the album's sound as a departure in some areas. He told Billboard: “It sounds nothing like 'Dummy' or 'Portishead', but it’s definitely its older brother or sister. It’s the same mindset we’ve always had, only further down the road.”

A lot of Album reviewers and industry pundits have some very leaky lap tops....'Third' in pre-release form is available at any good illegal download forum near you.....
Of course, I have yet to hear it.............

I rather naughtily downloaded the album (but will DEFINATELY be getting the vinyl when it's released) and could not be more shocked at the choice of single. Machine Gun is totally brutal, it sounds like it should be off the Terminator soundtrack or something. Brave choice, awesome album.
