Primal Scream have disclosed that a number of collaborators are set to feature on their as yet untitled ninth studio album, the follow up to 2006’s 'Riot City Blues'.

The LP, due out later this year, will feature a number of different collaborators and producers, including James Ford, who produced Arctic Monkeys and Klaxons' recent albums.

Speaking to BBC News, Bobby Gillespie said: "We did some tracks with Youth, Paul Epworth - we did some stuff with him. James Ford is going to do a mix for us as well, and we've been producing stuff ourselves."

It is also rumoured that the band are looking at doing sessions with Mark Ronson, though these have not yet been confirmed.
