Primal Scream to headline NME Rock 'N' Roll Riot Tour

Primal Scream will headline this year's NME Rock 'N' Roll Riot tour, which kicks off in Oxford on November 20.

Frontman Bobby Gillespie are promising to play tracks from new album 'Beautiful Future', a host of classics - and even some songs they haven't even written yet for the winter dates.

"There will be a couple of variations - maybe some other older songs bought in and maybe some more songs from the new album," Gillespie told NME.COM. "Also we might write a couple of new songs between now and then - today we started writing a new song and it's sounding fucking amazing, yeah it sounded great, so if that happens again..."

Gillespie added that the band were relishing hitting the road for the Rock 'N' Roll Riot Tour.

"Right now we're playing better than ever," he declared. "You know the spirit in the band is great and we're having a great time, we're having a ball."
