Austin music festival reveals early lineup

Primal Scream and Peter, Bjorn and John are among the bands that will perform at this year's South by Southwest Festival (SXSW) in Austin, Texas.
Festival organisers revealed the early lineup today (January 8), which also includes White Lies, hotly tipped Swedish singer Ida Maria, Ben Kweller, Asobi Seksu and Asher Roth, the rapper involved in subduing a would-be bomber at the Los Angeles International Airport yesterday, as previously reported.
The festival is set to take place March 18-22 at the Austin Convention Center and at various venues throughout the city.
