Primal Scream are releasing a live album in November.

'Black To Comm / Live At The Royal Festival Hall London Meltdown' is a double album recorded at their June 2008 London show as part of the Meltdown Festival.

That year, the annual week-long series of concerts was curated by Massive Attack. It saw the 'Screamdelica' veterans perform with Detroit garage legends MC5, who will also feature on the album, available on November 7.

It's the first time Primal Scream have released a live album in the UK, although they did put put 'Live In Japan' in Japan in 2003.

The six-piece have spent much of the last year performing their seminal 1991 album Screamadelica in its entirety, although frontman Bobby Gillespie recently revealed the band have working on a new album which will "hopefully" be out next year.

Their last album 'Beautiful Future' was released in July 2008.
