Prince to broadcast gig live on Sky News
The legend's final O2 date will be aired
Prince will be exclusively airing two songs live on Sky News on Friday night (September 21).
The airing will mark the last of the legend's marathon 21-date residency at the O2 Arena in London.
Prince had previously banned all photographers and film crews from his live shows at the venue, but live footage from the show will be broadcast from the O2 Arena on satellite channel 501 and online as well, from 8.30-9pm.
Prince is not charging for the footage, which will be released worldwide after the exclusive showing on Sky News.
It can be seen online at news.sky.com/skynews/livenewsevents.
Meanwhile, the singer surprised London Fashion Week by indulging in an impromptu live performance at the unveiling of Matthew Williamson's 'Spring/Summer 2008 Collection' on Wednesday (September 19).
Prince, having sneaked virtually incognito into a front row seat, erupted into song as his headline-grabbing dancers, The Twinz, gyrated to his hit 'U Got The Look'.
