He'll headline Saturday with Portishead and Kraftwerk

Prince has been added to the line-up of this year's Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival, it was announced today (April 9).

He will join Portishead and Kraftwerk as headliners on Saturday night (April 26).

The ninth annual festival is set to take place from April 25-27 at the Empire Polo Field in Indio, California.

Also on the bill of the three-day desert festival are Pink Floyd's Roger Waters, The Verve, The Raconteurs, Goldfrapp, MIA, The Breeders and Spiritualized, among others.
