Prince forced to pay $58,000 to video editor

Purple One was sued for unreturned equipment and non-pay

Prince has been forced to hand over $58,000 to a video editor who says the he did not pay him for work he carried out, and says the Purple One did not return equipment that belonged t him.

Ian C. Lewis filed a $1 million suit against Paisley Park Enterprises in October 2007, with this week’s result arriving after a brief trial in California at which he testified.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Gregory Alarcon awarded the $58,000 to Lewis, but refused a claim that said Prince broke a $25,000 computer belonging to Lewis, after no receipts were submitted to the court.

Prince was not even represented in the trial, reports the Associated Press, as his attorney’s withdrew from the case before it went to court.

Good, it's about time this ludicrous midget was given something else to do than aggressively pursuing people on YouTube for extremely tenuous "copyright violations". Talentless little berk with small man syndrome.

And your comments show how humourless you are. As humourless as silly little Prince, filing lawsuits against people who mime to his songs in front of a mirror and put it on youtube. He needs a hobby, this angry midget.
