A to reunite for one-off show at Merthyr Rock festival 2012 – ticket details

Pulled Apart By Horses, Save Your Breath and Canterbury also join the Welsh event's line-up

A have announced that they will reunite for a one-off performance at this year's Merthyr Rock Festival.

The event, which takes place from August 31 to September 2 in Cyfartha Park in Wales, has expanded from two days to three days this year. It will be headlined by Razorlight, Skindred and Kids In Glass Houses

A, who feature producer Jason Perry and Radio 1 Rock Show host Daniel P Carter in their line-up, will headline the event's second stage, which has been curated by Welsh rockers The Blackout, on September 2.

As well as A, Canterbury, Marmozets, Proxies, Page 44, Blowgoat, Verses and Buried In Alaska have also been confirmed for the Blackout curated stage.

The second stage will also be curated by Lostprophets on September 1 and will feature sets from Pulled Apart by Horses, Save Your Breath, Neil Starr & Gavin Butler, Exit International, Black And Reds, Bastions, Astroid Boys ?and The Dead Formats.
