JARVIS COCKER is to take to the airwaves on BBC 6 MUSIC.

The Pulp singer will be presenting Rocket Science for two weeks on the digital radio station, kicking off on April 2 between 1-4pm.

Cocker - who is covering for presenter Marc Riley - said: “Je suis très excited.”

The star has also written and performed music for the upcoming Harry Potter film ’Goblet Of Fire’.
