Queen's 'We Will Rock You' musical to get sequel
Brian May reveals the sequel is in 'planning' stage
Queen guitarist Brian May has revealed that 'We Will Rock You', the hit musical inspired by the band, will receive a sequel.
Following rumours, May told BBC News that the sequel was currently in the planning stage, with no dates as yet scheduled for the musical.
"We are planning the sequel," May said. "It is a real challenge."
'We Will Rock You', which is written and directed by Ben Elton, has been seen by over two million people since it debuted in 2002.
The gold-coloured statue of lead character Galileo on the Dominion Theatre in London's West End has become a popular landmark.
