New survey reveals Brits most want to hang out with 'Bohemian Rhapsody' legends

Queen voted band Brits most want to spend 15 minutes with
Most British people would like to spend 15 minutes with Queen, according to a new survey.

Conducted by Virgin Media, the survey was conducted to celebrate the addition of the Vintage TV channel to the provider’s service. Participants were asked which music legends they would most like to spend time with, with some surprising results. Queen came out on top, beating David Bowie and Stevie Wonder. Surprisingly, The Beatles didn’t make the top 10 with other entrants including Don McLean, The Undertones and Bryan Adams filling out the final spaces.

Richard Wheeler, head of content acquistion at Virgin Media, said of the results "Queen still proves the show must go on as the UK continues to enjoy some of the best songs from the last century on Vintage TV."

The full top 10 is as follows:

1. Queen
2. David Bowie
3. Stevie Wonder
4. Fleetwood Mac
5. Oasis
6. Bryan Adams
7. ELO
8. Joy Division
9. Don McLean
10. The Undertones

Meanwhile, it was recently confirmed that a plaque marking what is believed to be the final resting place of Queen frontman Freddie Mercury in London has been stolen.
