Queens Of The Stone Age say smallest stage invader was best

Queens Of The Stone Age’s Josh Homme has declared that dancing onstage with a dwarf is his career highlight so far.

The incident happened at a show a few years ago, when due to a really pumped up crowd the small gig-goer ended up being tossed onto the stage.

"I remember one time when somebody threw a dwarf on stage. That was pretty weird,” admitted Homme. “He got up and started to dance, while I just lost my shit laughing.”

However all did not end well for the diminutive stage-invader as the frontman recalled.

"Then he tried to jump back in the crowd,” said Homme, “and he fell off the monitor and went crashing headfirst into the security barrier."

Meanwhile Queens Of The Stone Age are set to play the T In The Park festival this weekend (June 6-8). Stay tuned to NME.COM for full coverage.
