Queens Of The Stone Age announce UK and Ireland arena tour dates

Band will play six huge gigs in support of '...Like Clockwork' this November

Queens Of The Stone Age have announced details of a UK and Ireland November tour.

The band, who recently released their sixth album '...Like Clockwork', will play six dates in November. Starting in Glasgow on November 16, they will then visit Dublin, Belfast, Manchester and Birmingham before ending in London with a headline date on Wembley Arena on November 22.

Queens Of The Stone Age were pipped to the Number One spot on the UK Official Album Chart last weekend (June 9) by British dance duo Disclosure. Meanwhile, Elton John – a guest on '...Like Clockwork' – recently declared the group's current LP "probably the best rock album by any band in about five or six years".

Queens of the Stone Age will play:

Glasgow - Hydro Arena (November 16)
Dublin - O2 Arena (17)
Belfast - Odyssey (18)
Manchester - MEN Arena (20)
Birmingham - NIA (21)
London - Wembley Arena (22)
