Queens Of The Stone Age appeared on US TV show Austin City Limits on Saturday night (January 4), performing songs from their 2013 album '... Like Clockwork' as well as older tracks.

The music show is filmed at the Moody Theatre in Austin, Texas with Queens of the Stone Age joining Nine Inch Nails and Jack White on the list of artists who have performed as part of the current season. Playing 11 tracks during the hour-long show, the band played newer material such as 'My God Is The Sun' and 'Smooth Sailing' as well as 'A Song For The Dead'. Scroll down to watch now.

Later this year, Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme will make a guest appearance on American sketch comedy Portlandia when it returns for a fourth season.

The show, which is written and performed by Sleater-Kinney and Wild Flag singer Carrie Browstein and ex-Saturday Night Live regular Fred Armisen, takes a satirical look at the hipster neighbourhood of Portland and the various characters that inhabit the area.

The NME Awards 2014, taking place in London on February 26, are presented in association with Austin, Texas.
