Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme was involved in a heated exchange with a man he suspected of being an autograph-hunter outside an afterparty in Detroit last week.

The incident in question took place outside an afterparty following Homme's gig with Iggy Pop in the US city on Thursday (April 7).

TMZ reports that an unnamed individual asked Homme for an autograph and, when his request was turned down, made a comment about the singer "making money off us buying your $90 tickets and $30 shirts".

Reports suggest that Homme suspected the man to be a professional autograph seller who would sell his signature for monetary gain, although the accuracy of this has not been confirmed.
