R Kelly trial delayed - again
Rapper's 'porn' case has been pending for five years
R Kelly's child pornography trial has been delayed once again.
Charges were originally brought against the rapper in 2002 for allegedly videotaping sex acts with an underage girl.
The trial was delayed several times but was finally set to begin on September 17.
Now a judge from Cook County, Illinois has postponed the trial once again because the lead prosecutor in the case recently had a baby, reports the Associated Press.
Cook County prosecutors charged Kelly with several counts of child pornography, but the rapper Kelly pleaded not guilty to the charges.
