Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood feature on a new Friends Of The Earth CD.
The album - ‘Artists Taking Action On Climate Change’ - will include three exclusive live tracks performed by Yorke and Greenwood at the Big Ask Live gig at London’s KOKO on May 1 last year.
Yorke, who helped launch The Big Ask campaign in 2005, said: "The best thing about The Big Ask for me is the fact that there's no longer this sense of powerlessness, which is what I had for so long about climate change."
Razorlight, Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds and Roots Manuva are also featured on the new the CD being given away with The Observer paper this Sunday (March 18).
