Band say it's time to 'celebrate Humphrey Lyttelton's life'
Radiohead have paid tribute to the late Humphrey Lyttelton, who they collaborated with at the start of the century.
The host of Radio 4's 'Sorry I Haven't A Clue', who played on the band's 2001's track 'Life In A Glasshouse', was admitted to hospital last week for surgery to repair an aortic aneurysm. He died after complications. He was 86.
On the Radiohead website the band wrote: "We were all sorry to hear of Humphrey Lyttleton 's death - he was an inspiring person to record with, and without his direction, we'd never have recorded/released 'Life in a Glasshouse'.
"So go and find 'Bad Penny Blues', and celebrate his life with some hot jazz......"
