Radiohead have won the Best Band Blog award at the Shockwaves NME Awards for their posts on their official website Radiohead.com/deadairspace.

The band won ahead of nominees Muse (Muse.mu), Noel Gallagher (Oasisinet.com), Los Campesinos! (Loscampesinos.com) and Paramore (Paramore.net).

The awards ceremony took place at the O2 Academy Brixton in London tonight (February 24).

Radiohead have used their site to exclusively announce album releases and news of gigs, as well as posting up links and song compilation lists.
