Rage Against The Machine are set to release a special boxset to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the release of their debut, self-titled album.

'Rage Against The Machine – XX' will come out on November 26 and contain a remastered version of the album, demos and previously unseen live footage as well as a film of their 2010 gig in Finsbury Park and new liner notes written by Public Enemy's Chuck D.

The anniversary edition will be available as a Deluxe Boxset with two CDs, two DVDs, one 180g vinyl LP, one 40-page booklet and two-sided poster, or as a Special Edition with two CDs and a bonus DVD featuring six tracks. There will also be a single CD version with three bonus tracks and a 180g vinyl edition on a picture disc or as a remastered reproduction of the original LP.

The first CD in the boxset will include the original album as well as B-sides, while CD two will comprise the original Rage Against The Machine demo tape, which was recorded in 1991 and sold by the band for $5 at early gigs.

The first DVD features footage from the band's free gig in Finsbury Park – which was staged for fans who made their song 'Killing In The Name' the Official UK Singles Chart's 2009 Christmas Number One – as well as music videos and live clips. The second DVD includes live footage from the band's first public performance.
