The guitarist recruits guests for second solo effort

Rage Against The Machine's Tom Morello has revealed details of his forthcoming solo album.

The politically active guitarist is set to release 'The Fabled City' in the US on September 30. It is the follow-up to his 2007 solo debut 'One Man Revolution'.

The album includes 11 tracks and guest appearances by System Of A Down's Serj Tankian and country crooner Shooter Jennings, reports Billboard. The album was produced by long-time collaborator Brendan O'Brien, who worked on Morello's first solo album as well as with Rage Against The Machine.

Meanwhile, Morello is set to play summer festival dates with Rage Against The Machine, including a headline slot at Chicago's Lollapalooza on August 2.
