Tickets for Rancid's mammoth December UK and Ireland tour onsale today

Tickets for Rancid's extensive UK and Ireland tour go onsale today (June 29) at 9am (GMT).

The punk veterans, who are currently putting the finishing touches to their as yet untitled eighth studio album, will play 14 shows on the tour.

The trek begins at Belfast Mandela Hall on November 28 and runs until December 15, when the band plays the second of two shows at London's HMV Forum.

As well as this, the band will also play shows in Dublin, Nottingham, Glasgow, Liverpool, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Norwich and Bristol.

The band are also booked to headline this summer's Rebellion Punk Festival in Blackpool in August.
