HIGHLAND FLING!

A host of big names go north for the Highland Gathering...

Razorlight and SUPERGRASS are amongst the names confirmed for the New Year's Eve festival HIGHLAND GATHERING.



The event, which takes place at the Royal Highland Centre outside Edinburgh on December 31, will also involve VJ’s, multi-cultural performance art, installations, light shows, exhibition spaces and a market place.



Other acts down for the event are Armand Van Helden, The Levellers, Erick Morillo, Jah Shaka, Miss Behavin’, Seb Fontaine, Sister Bliss, [a][/a], Future Shock, Lee Scratch Perry and Dave Pearce, with more acts to be announced shortly.




The 12-hour music marathon kicks off at 8pm, promising an all night, indoor event for 25,000 people with buses to the location provided.




Tickets for the gathering are on sale now, costing £78.75 for standard ticket, an express ticket which allows you to jump the queue for £89.25, a charity express ticket costing £99.75 with £10 going to the Make A Wish Charity Foundation, and the VIP ticket which offers unlimited food and drink, access to the VIP area and bar costing £472.50.
