Johnny Borrell and Andy Burrows debut new song in London

Razorlight’s Johnny Borrell and Andy Burrows played a surprise acoustic show last night (November 26) at London’s Union Chapel venue, debuting a new song.

The gig, part of Mencap’s Little Noise Sessions shows, was later headlined by Kate Nash. At 19:30 GMT Borrell and Burrows were introduced by host Jo Whiley.

Borrell and Burrows played 'America', 'Before I Fall To Pieces' and new song ‘Hostage Of Love’ acoustically.

Andy’s a drummer,” Borrell said after playing 'America', “so he’s a bit nervous about playing guitar. But here we go.”

After their short acoustic set Borrell and Burrows left the stage. As they departed, Jo Whiley asked them if they’d headline a gig at next year’s Little Noise Sessions for Mencap, to which Borrell shouted, “Yeah!”
