Jimmy Eat World declare Carling Weekend: Reading Festival world's best

US band label other events 'imitators' in NME.COM video interview

Jimmy Eat World have declared the Carling Weekend: Reading And Leeds Festivals among the best in the world today (August 24).

Speaking to NME.COM in a video interview, the American band declared that British festivals are the ones they prefer to play.

"It's great to come over and play here," they declared. "The festival originated in England all others are imitators, there's nothing like this festival in the States."
