Razorlight close second night of Carling Weekend: Leeds Festival

Razorlight headlined the second night (August 25) of the Carling Weekend: Leeds Festival with a hit-laden show on the Main Stage.

Arriving onstage to the same spectacular flashing stairs and neon lit Razorlight emblem as the band had at Reading, singer Johnny Borrell had the crowd singing in full voice for the likes of hit singles 'In The Morning', 'Golden Touch', 'Fall To Pieces' and chart Topper 'America'.

Borrell, who spent half the show stripped down to his waist, said very little throughout the 90 minute set apart from thanking the crowd.

But as the band launched into an extended version of 'In The City' he went up to the crowd shaked their hands and sang into the fans.

He also spotted a giant pirate flag in the audience which he urged the fans to pass forward but it failed to arrive.

Razorlight rounded their set off with 'Somewhere Else', which the crowd sang word for word.
