Fake competition website exposed by festival organisers

A hoax website claiming to run an unsigned bands competition has been exposed by Reading And Leeds Festivals organisers.

A MySpace site named Festival Unlocked is claiming to offer unsigned bands a chance to win a slot at this year's Reading And Leeds Festivals.

However, official festival organisers have confirmed the site is a hoax.

Bands are advised not to submit entries to the MySpace page.
