Anthony Kiedis will spin the wheels of the steel...

Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman ANTHONY KIEDIS is to DJ at a charity fashion show in HOLLYWOOD night-club 360 on June 25.

The show is being compered by actress Ione Skye, and Kiedis' girlfriend is among the models. Tickets cost $25 and proceeds go to women's residential support charity Friendly House, based in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, on the band's official website www.redhotchilipeppers.com, bassist Flea has revealed that he did a gig in the music department at his old school, Fairfax High School. Writing in his tour diary from Salt Lake City, he said: "It felt great to play for them and talk to them in such an intimate way. It was really scary for me, to be so closely confronted with people, not playing a big loud rock show that I am used to doing, but I got used to it after a few minutes and we played pretty well. I felt very naked there... I think if I did that kind of thing more often it would be great for my playing."
