Red Hot Chili Peppers have announced three massive UK and Ireland shows for next summer.

The band, who released their tenth studio album 'I'm With You' earlier this year, will play Knebworth Park near Stevenage on June 23, Sunderland's Stadium Of Light on June 24 and Dublin's Croke Park on June 26.

Knebworth Park has hosted legendary gigs from Oasis and Led Zeppelin in the past and has a potential capacity of over 200,000. It is also the location for Sonisphere Festival.

Red Hot Chili Peppers will also undertake a UK and Ireland arena tour this month, which will take in nine shows, including two nights at London's O2 Arena.
