Rapper teams up with Timbaland for first single
Redman has revealed details of his forthcoming album.
'Red Gone Wild - Thee Album' is due out on March 27 in the US.
The album's first single, 'Put It Down', was produced by super-producer Timbaland, who recently masterminded hits for Justin Timberlake and Nelly Furtado. It will be released on February 26.
Other collaborators on the follow-up to 2001's 'Malpractice' include Snoop Dogg, Biz Markie, Keith Murray of Def Squad, and Method Man of the Wu Tang Clan - Redman's cousin.
The New Jersey rapper has also announced that he will make appearances at Austin's South By Southwest Festival on March 16 and 17.
