Richard Hawley was joined onstage by Lisa Marie Presley at his sold-out London show last night (October 8).

Watched by her mum Priscilla, Elvis Presley's daughter appeared during the encore at O2 Shepherds Bush Empire.

Hawley told the crowd: "I'd like to introduce to the stage a lady I’ve been working with. Ladies and gentlemen, Lisa Marie Presley!"

She then sang vocals on a song the pair have been working on called 'Weary'. When the bluesy number had finished, she left the stage to huge applause.

Hawley, whose band included a saw player David Coulter, played all eight tracks of his most recent album, 'Truelove's Gutter'. Among them was lead single 'For Your Lover, Give Some Time'.

A chatty Hawley explained the track was about his wife, telling the crowd: "I've been with her for 20 years." When the crowd applauded, he responded by saying, "Why are you clapping? For all you know, she might be a right cow!"

Richard Hawley played:

'As The Dawn Breaks'
'Ashes On The Fire'
'Lady Solitude'
'Hotel Room'
'Soldier On'
'The Sea Calls'
'Tonight'
'Open Up Your Door'
'For Your Lover, Give Some Time'
'Remorse Code'
'Run For Me'
'Don't You Cry'
'Don't Get Hung Up In Your Soul'
'Weary'
'The Ocean'
