RICKY LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO LEEDS
The snake-hipped Latino prepares himself for salubrious Yorkshire...
RICKY MARTIN has been announced as the headliner of the LEEDS free PARTY IN THE PARK concert on July 15.
The event, at Temple Newsam Park, will also feature performances from pop stars including Atomic Kitten, a1, allStars, Blue and Honeyz, Black Legend and Supersista.
Mis-Teeq, BB Mak, Dane Bowers Sugababes, Lisa Roxanne and Speedway have also been added to the bill.
A Leeds Council spokesperson said: "I am sure every Party in the Park ticket holder in Leeds and beyond will be ecstatic to hear the news that Ricky Martin is coming to Leeds."
The bash is preceded the day before with Opera In The Park at the same venue, which holds 70,000 people. The event has been running for 10 years. Tickets are available from local libraries in the Leeds area.
