Kanye West and Rihanna up for BET Awards
Plus Al Green to be given Lifetime Achievement award
Kanye West and Rihanna are amongst those nominated at the forthcoming Black Entertainment Television Awards.
Other musicians up for accolades include T-Pain, who received five nominations, Chris Brown, Mary J. Blige and Gnarls Barkley, who are nominated in the Best Group category.
The ceremony, due to take place at Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium on June 24, is set to feature performances from Usher, Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige and Lil' Wayne.
The BET Awards, now in their eighth year, are held to celebrate black achievement in music, sport and the arts.
