Rihanna won't press charges against Chris Brown
Singer supposedly refusing to incriminate her boyfriend
Rihanna is allegedly refusing to press charges against singer Chris Brown, who was arrested on suspicious of attacking her on February 8.
Brown released a statement following the incident saying he was "saddened" by what happened, but now the couple are allegedly set to reconcile - with the Telegraph reporting that Rihanna will not testify in court.
Instead, Los Angeles prosecuters will have to decide whether the case against Brown is strong enough to go ahead without Rihanna's cooperation.
Her original statement after the incident will still be passed to the Los Angeles County District Attorney.
Chris Brown has reportedly hired the services of PR guru Alan Neirob to crisis manage his career.
