Robbie Williams will release brand new single ’Rudebox’ On September 4.
It is the first single to be taken from his as-yet-untitled new album, the follow up to 2005's ’Intensive Care’.
In a statement Robbie explained the meaning of the title: “'Rudebox' is loads of different things, sometimes it could be a vibe delivered in a spaceship direct to the studio, sometimes it’s a really nasty girl dancing scantily clad, or sometimes it’s a giant soundsystem…Sometimes it’s actually just a box that tell you to fuck off too.”
The forthcoming album, which will be his seventh studio LP, is set to feature collaborations with Madonna producer William Orbit and The Pet Shop Boys who previously collaborated with Williams on his 1998 single ’No Regrets’.
