Robbie Williams is set to release a duet he has co-written with his former Take That bandmate Gary Barlow as a single in October.
'Shame' will be released on October 4, and will be the first time the pair have appeared on record together since Williams left the band in 1995.
A week later, on October 11, Williams will release a double CD and DVD greatest hits collection: 'In And Out Of Consciousness – The Greatest Hits 1990-2010'. The dates mean that the compilation is likely to include Take That songs, which his previous 'Greatest Hits' collection, released in 2004, did not.
"It's incredible to listen to the album and realise that it’s already been 20 years of making music and playing gigs," Williams said. "And the great thing about the album is that it's not only a celebration of my past, but also a bridge to the future. The fact that part of the future includes a name from my past makes it all the more poignant for me."
Last year Robbie Williams said he'd been recording with Take That again and said that he hoped to rejoin the band at some point.
