Robert Plant & Alison Krauss win Grammy for Album Of The Year
The pair take home a total of five awards
Robert Plant & Alison Krauss won the Grammy for Album Of The Year for 'Raising Sand' at the 51st Annual Grammy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles tonight (February 8).
The pair took home a total of five awards at tonight's ceremony, including Record Of The Year for 'Please Read The Letter', as previously reported.
"I'm bewildered," said Plant when accepting the award. "In the old days we would have called it selling out, but now it's a good way to spend a Sunday."
Krauss and the Led Zeppelin frontman beat off competition from:
Lil Wayne - 'Tha Carter III'
Coldplay - 'Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends'
Ne-Yo - 'Year Of The Gentleman'
Radiohead - 'In Rainbows'
