Domino to reissue first four Royal Trux albums
Material from 1988-1993 will be re-released in January 2011
The first four albums from cult Washington, D.C. duo Royal Trux are set to be re-issued on January 11 of next year.
‘Royal Trux' (The First Album), 'Twin Infinitives', 'Royal Trux' (Skulls) and 'Cats And Dogs', which were originally released from 1988-1993, will be available in both CD and vinyl LP formats on the Domino label.
The duo, comprised of Neil Hagerty and Jennifer Herrema, disbanded after the release of 2000’s 'Pound For Pound', with Hagerty announcing news of their split at a press conference for his solo career in Japan.
Royal Trux's label, Drag City blamed the band’s demise on "the usual complications (drugs, division of power etc)".
