The NME favourite is backed by a full band...

Rufus Wainwright has confirmed details of a North American tour.

The songwriter, whose 2001 album 'Posies' featured in the Top Ten NME Albums Of The Year, will play the shows accompanied by a full band between February and March, according to the star's official website, www.rufuswainwright.com.
