RYAN'S RETURN!

The star shows he's recovered from his nasty wrist injury - and there's talk of UK live dates...

Ryan Adams has made his long-awaited live return after breaking his wrist falling off the stage at a LIVERPOOL gig early this year.

The star appeared during the encore of a Gillian Welch and David Rawlings gig in New York last week to duet with Welch on a version of ‘To Be Young (Is To Be Sad Is To Be High)’, the opening track on Ryan Adams' 2000 debut solo album 'Heartbreaker'. They followed that with a cover of Neil Young
’s ‘Helpless’, reports XFM.

Ryan Adams, who also played guitar at the show, is set to make his official comeback at the Austin City Limits festival in September.

It's also believed that the star will return to the UK for a brief tour, from November 12-14 calling at venues in London, Manchester and Liverpool.
