Ryan Adams announces new album and tour
'Cardinology' is set for release in October
Ryan Adams And The Cardinals are set to release a new album next month, and will also hit the UK for a tour in November.
The band, currently supporting Oasis on their North American tour, will release 'Cardinology' on October 27.
The 12-track album is the follow-up to 2007's 'Easy Tiger'.
