Ryan Adams to become artist in residence at New York gallery
Ryan Adams is to showcase a new collection of his paintings at a New York gallery later this month.

Adams is set to become an artist in residence at the city's Morrison Hotel Gallery next week (September 9), ahead of debuting a collection of his own works at the gallery on September 23. He will create canvases in the front of the gallery throughout September, and these will be auctioned off at the official opening of his showcase.

Proceeds from the auction go to the Housing Works Bookstore Café, which is committed to helping end the twin crises of AIDS and homelessness.

See Morrisonhotelgallery.com for more information.
